Contractor started placing material on roadway, Contractor will place rock on the south end to allow drainage before placing material on roadway.

Started Filling on South end as well, Placed rock first
Contractor started digging for side slopes and does not think plan guardrail will work due to no rock face to connect too. Meet with guardrail company to discuss.
